MND’s press release to publicise sequestration of 3rd stage 2nd deposit as expired (December 6th, 2017)
For the Minehunter case Navy HQ said (6th) according to the contract the 3rd stage 2nd deposit was due on December 6th, 2017. Yet Ching-Fu Shipyard Enterprise did not postpone the effectiveness and Navy had sequestrated it and requested fulfillment by December 8th along with the improvement over the defect. Should Ching-Fu Shipyard Enterprise make no progress at the time, Navy would launch the process of de-contract and be in pursuit of compensation.
